Greetings from Beantown RFC!

The 2009 Beantown Women's Collegiate Rugby Tournament will be held September 12th and 13th at the University of Massachusetts- Amherst. This tournament remains the biggest collegiate tournament in the country and is a great way to kick off your season and face some different teams.

Also note that on top of great collegiate competition, this year's tournament will feature a game of the inaugural Women's Premier League. Beantown RFC will be taking on the Washington DC Furies Sunday, September 13th. This is a great opportunity for your team to see an exciting, high-level women's rugby match and help promote USA rugby's new women's league!

To register for the tournament please email beantowntournament2009@gmail.com with the number of sides your team is entering and their respective divisions (DI,DII, or DII). Teams frequently enter their B-side in the DIII division, so if you have the numbers, go for it! Each side entered is guaranteed at least 3 games. Entrance fees are as follows:

• $300 for one side, $400 for two sides for entries received prior to July 25th, 2009

• Or $350 for one side, $450 for two sides for entries received after July 25th, 2009
