Your Executive Board has been churning away behind the scenes this year, and we want to share with you the Statement of Purpose we've written to guide us as we lead and serve you this year.

The Beantown RFC Executive Board will be efficient, passionate, and mindful representatives of the Beantown RFC. We will fulfill the administrative needs of the team in order to further Beantown's goal of becoming the best rugby team in the country.

In all matters, we strive to:
	represent Beantown to the best of our abilities; both within the team as well as to our external communities
	be accountable and responsible to all Beantown RFC members and staff
	communicate respectfully and honestly with each other and the team
	be transparent in our decision-making through updating the team about all Eboard changes and accomplishments
	draw upon individual strengths when collaborating
	support our coaching staff to allow them to focus on building Beantown as a rugby team

Although we are responsible for the team's finances, equipment, field arrangements, records, publicity, social events, travel, sponsorship, and tournament, we hope this statement demonstrates our commitment and expectations.
